OMG OMG GOSSIP GIRL SEASON 2 IS BACK! 
ABSOLUTELY BITCHIN! Now I have someone to kick off my sulky sulky and lately mundane weeks..

I mean seriously?
Well moving on simply cos I have no more energy after yesterday’s exam. I just thought I’d update a little bit to show my existence. I haven’t slept in a while and on the weekend I had a MASSIVE migraine when I woke up. I was in so much pain I ended up crying, not deliberately but it just came with the pain. There was so doctors available past 12noon close-by so I rang Mike to see if his dad (a GP) could give me a hand but his dad wasn’t around so I had to trouble andrew’s mum who was SO sweet about the whole situation. She just came straight over and loaded me up on prescription drugs (she’s a pain nurse) and within 10 mins it subsided. I just dozed off for a while and then she took me back with her to stay the night so she could watch me.
The following morning was father’s day and I felt so bad being there joining them for a father’s day brunch but being the only one who didn’t have a gift to give. There I sit, giftless and eating so often at their place. FOR SHAME!
Just a penny for my thought, but I’ve hit a block where it feels there is no more being left in me. But I am SO sure there is much more to be achieved. I feel so taken for granted lately that it feels like quite a downer. Maybe i’ll write more when I feel more like it.

The first of 9 packages have arrived!
So fucking stoked its just amazing. David Bowie’s in it, I’ve also spotted Leighton Meester and Kanye West. Other celebs in it too. 
This will be like 9 days of christmas except its spread out over weeks and not 12 lol! 
I need to get some sleep now, I have work tomorrow. I honestly don’t want to work but in hindsight I desperately need the money so I could use the hours. It’s gonna be SO boring 
Oh and I’m also getting tattooed again on Sunday! YAY!

At the beginning of this year over lunch, Blair and Sam decided to show me this video (which disgustingly Blair had kept it on his phone) called 2 girls 1 cup. Now let me tell you, this video is sick beyond anything you’ve ever seen. I regret having seen the footage let alone sat through it over my lunch. I wasn’t told what it was except it was a porn trailer. So i’m thinking, big deal. Probably some girl with huge tits, or no tits at all whichever I didn’t care. But instead I was set up for UTTER grossness.
2Girls1Cup is an internet video for this fetish movie where there’s a few naked girls who “innocently” play around to begin with. Then before you know it, 2 girls are defecating (read: shitting) into this cup-thingy. then they crap in each other’s mouth. After they eat each other’s shit, they throw up in each others mouth and face and THEN piss on each other. Rolling around in vomit and shit. OH yeah, so just imagine.
Now what i DIDN’T know was that it’s become such an internet phenomenon and youtube’s just LACED with 2girl1cup reaction videos. I viewed some of them and my top 2 favourites are!

PS: TRY not to be tempted to search for this video. You are most likely to end up with an internet virus because while the original is hanging around somewhere, this video was used as a viral video.
PPS: You really don’t want to find this video. You WILL regret it. It also has the capacity to turn you off porn full stop.

Disclaimer: I do not do justice what follows to be a recount of how FANTASTIC Death Cab was on Wednesday night.
So let me set the record straight. On wednesday us three- andrew, chris and i, waited a grand total of 5.5hours for Death Cab. We started queuing at 4.30PM (we were first! bragging rights cos i was also first to get let in!) and within the next hour we also saw Death Cab crossing the road out of nowhere in almost-Beatles-like fashion.. guitar case in tow.
8pm- doors open…
9pm- Opening Act- Brisbane duo “An Horse”
They weren’t half bad, I was entertained for most of it, tho after a while it all started to sound the same. Throughout their set, Chris Walla was just standing stage side beating along with
9.30pm- stage set up for death cab…
After some stretching and angling, got a photo of the set list that was pasted on the stage floor.
10pm- THE MAGIC BEGINS!
DEATH CAB IS THE SEX!
At the end of it, I GOT CHRIS WALLA’S GUITAR PICK! HOLYYYY CRAP! 
I’M SO HAPPY! I’LL DIE IF I LOSE IT! Cos at the end of the set they threw out to the crowd just about anything that belongs to the band like the set list etc etc.

In Other News….
Oh goodness it’s like i’m bleeding money even when I’m not going out as often as I used to. 
Earlier I spent like $200 just purchasing the collector’s 7 vinyl Sigur Rós collection: In a Frozen Sea. I saw it at 78s but they were selling it for $320. WHAT a bloody rip off! 
Just felt compelled to own it since only 5000 has been released. Of which 50 copies randomly sent out will be signed. So if I’m lucky, WHO KNOWS 
Otherwise I’d still be VERY happy with it seeing it will be numbered and all that jazz.
I also put on order Transatlanticism on vinyl, hopefully they have it. It’s no longer in print, with only 500 printed by Sonic boom records. The cheapest I’ve found so far is $70 USD. I’m DESPERATE for it. You have NO idea. I want it SO BAD!

Then I can go see Reid in philly and CV who’s going to be in Vermont for a year this sunday (have a safe trip to you buddy!).

Shopping on Friday=
I also found out that Jimmy and Alex are rather good shopping companions as well because when we finally hit Wasteland, chris alex jimmy and i all tried clothes. It felt like a fashion show at a few points since the guys were rather good sports. But chris and i did considerable damage. 
I can’t possible catalog all the items I bought but some of my favourites include:

This was an ABSOLUTE steal! 50% off and got it for about $300. 
I also bought some new jeans by Nobody and April 77. Also some basics from Cotton On and American Apparel.
My fav buy is the AA tights, it’s got this shiny+scaley texture to it when worn (stretched)
A silky-textured tube dress by C Wiren.
Denim stretch shorts for the summer i am STILL waiting to come. Guess I won’t be wearing this one for a while. 
AND FINALLLY! MY BEST BEST BUY! A shirt by Junya Watanabe for Commes des Garcons! OMGOMG! SO excited about this shirt. it’s a double shirt but it joins up at the bottom. there are extra arm holes so you can turn the sleeves inside out to wear it sleeve-less. OR you can tie up the outer shirt. About 5 different ways to tie and wear it. i LOVE IT!
It’s been over a week that i’m back and i STILL haven’t fully unpacked. Instead I’ve poured out the entire contents of my luggage on the floor and just about any space I can commondear. Just look at the bed side table: 
I’m going to buy some containers and trays soon to sort out my warpaints.

After tomorrow. I honestly will be done with shopping and constantly buy random pieces of clothing. I am on a mission. A mission for a bag. A mission for 2.55. I am giving up christmas. I am also giving up another year end holiday.

Alright, I suppose I’m back now. With the present so far ahead of the time I’ve been gone, I wonder if it’s worth going into any detail of my absence.
An explanation regarding why I dropped off:
for the last 3 weeks of june I had swot vac for study and then my final sem exams. (During which my computer had crashed and I cried for an hour because it wouldnt even turn on and I had my statistics paper in the morning and law paper the day after) Then I spent the first two weeks of July with Laura, Dori and Allie who came and stayed with me and we holiday-ed with the school band we were once a part of who were touring again.

He also went and sabotaged a wedding shoot…

The night the boys went to Macau, Joy and I went to shopping and for dinner we randomly chose a place to grab some grub. Not understanding jack about what we were ordering, pointing to other people’s dishes and nodding to we’re not sure what the order was reading got us THIS!
I am back into uni again as of today. I’m not entirely looking forward to more of it because currently the 2hour lectures do not fascinate me. The introductory lecture may have been only an hour today instead of the stipulated 2, but Iain and I sat there with eyes fixed on the screen and mind floating everywhere else during the whole thing.
